Also, did I miss an update to the dictionary where they redefine the word fiction? I understand the urge to call Star Wars fantasy, but it seems to me that the word fiction is pretty well defined as to be untrue in its nature. Maybe it would be more palatable to the pedants if it were called Technological/Futurist Fantasy than Science Fiction?

It's set in the past.
lol that's true. Maybe it has more in common with LOTR than I give it credit for. Ewoks = Hobbits hmmmmm

In the episode they mention Star Trek and Harry Potter promos. I'm don't recall anything like that. Could anyone point me to where I can see/hear these things?

They've done them a few times. There was a Star Trek version with Rebecca where she was verbally rolling her eyes throughout the thing  ;) Cara played along with the boys in her Star Trek version.

The Cara and boys Star Trek one is on Show 592 (1 Hour 7 Mins 43 secs)

The Harry Potter one is on Show 594 (39 Mins 19 secs)

I can't find the Rebecca one.  ???

Is the Rebecca one the intro for episode 400?

Yes, That's what I was thinking of.  8)

I thought it was a membership promo, and it's Star Wars, not Star Trek. Ah, the fallibility of Memory.  ;)

I love Rebecca's snarky attitude  ;D

I'd like to hear a Flash Gordon promo. Would fit perfectly with the not taking it too seriously theme of them

Maybe a TMNT promo.

Splinter: Steve
Michelangelo: Jay
Raphael: Bob
Donatello: Cara
Leonardo: Evan

Possibly have Steve and Evan the other way around.

Funny, one of the reasons I say I don't like musicals is that they blend the fantastic with the realistic so poorly.  For the most part they're set in realistic universes but then out of nowhere they bust into song, can't stand it.  That's probably just rationalization for my dismissal of an entire genre of film.
I hate musicals too, until I see a good one, then it goes into the "exception to the rule" folder.

Ah, they're in the non-premium feed. That explains why I didn't hear them. Thanks!

Contrary to how "targeted" advertising works. "We heard you like being an SGU member, so here's an ad for SGU membership in your SGU membership feed".
