Plot Twisters!
« on: March 01, 2018, 06:11:17 PM »
Howdy. A couple buddies and I just started a new podcast called "Plot Twisters". The concept is we take favorite movie, make a small change to it, and then discuss how the plot would have unfolded differently.

Our first episode was Empire Strikes Back. The change? Luke follows Yoda and Obi-Wan's advice to stay and train on Dagobah instead of going to Cloud City to help his friends. The result? You'll have to listen to find out!

We are recording our second episode tonight, were we are twisting up Back to the Future.

Here's the podcast feed: https://feed.pippa.io/public/shows/plot-twisters

Or here if you use Apple Podcasts or iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/plot-twisters/id1353224664?mt=2

Indiana Jones delivers the Ark to the Jews in Jerusalem.

The Japanese shoot down the Enola Gay and capture the atomic bomb. They head for San Francisco.

INGEN sends a super tanker to Isla Sorna and brings back hundreds of dinosaurs, all of who get loose.

Boogie is secretly working for the Nazis.  Fuck Paris.

Clark Gable suddenly decides he DOES give a damn.

Gojira decides Tokyo isn't worth it and swims off for Hong Kong.

Romeo gets Juliet's letter and they get married and move to the south of France to get away from their families and live happily ever after.

Gojira decides Hong Kong isn't worth it, either, and crosses the ocean and wipes out Los Angeles instead.

Arnold manages to kill Sarah Connor so John is never born, the human race is entirely wiped out, and the Earth becomes a peaceful planet where self-conscious intelligent machines live in perfect peace and harmony.

Buffy gets a letter from the school with her book list before arriving at school her first day. As a result, she buys her books beforehand and so never has to go to the library. She never meets Giles, she joins Cordelia's clique of airhead pretty girls, and the entire series is about the anxieties of trying to decide which blouse to wear or what color to paint her toenails, as the occasional student goes missing, eaten by the vampires, who without having to face a Slayer, realize that keeping a low profile is their best choice.

The 1999 Godzilla was a male who was born pregnant.

He could also hold up the Brooklyn Bridge after the suspension cables were broken.  ::)

SnarlPatrick, you are a nazi apologist piece of shit. You're a coward who hides behind the internet   ....   and I can only imagine it's a good thing your Jewish ancestors are dead so they don't have to watch you grow into the bigoted nazi creep you've become.
