Jeez, I forgot how overpowered Dragons are. I'm thinking Crazy will be the way I'd like to go. I love the whimsy of a Dog Boy who is a rejected experiment based on a Pomeranian or Chihuahua, but the point is not to disrupt the game. ;) If psychic is on the table though, Mind Melter is my fav.

Are we in Coalition territory?

The group is in a small town that was just attacked by bandits. Pennsylvania is outside of CS controlled territory. 
There are families of runaway dog boys  so could be a child of one of them.
Psychic are on the table as well.

I'm pretty sure I'd like to play a Crazy with Pain Frenzy - if that works.

...I just found my homebrew rules from maybe 2005?
More Monologue
I'm having shivers of "wow" as I read, not because it's good (I think it is, but bias), but because my thinking on these problems has followed the same path for a long time, and I've reinvented it more than once.

I replaced MDC with SDC1, SDC0, SDC2, and SDC3. SDC0 is normal SDC. SDC1 can only be removed with an SDC1 weapon - armour piercing, for example. SDC2 and SDC3 are even more resistant. At each level the SDC had a vulnerability, though. A Vampire Intelligence would have maybe 1000 SDC total - but maybe:
* 900SDC0 - Stab it and it bleeds.
* 90SDC1 - 'MDC' or armour piercing weapons needed to do harm. Also garlic and holy water.
* 9SDC2 - Super-penetrating / devastating weapons like GlitterGuns, Fuel Air Bombs can do this damage to a VI. Also, holy symbols.
* 1SDC3 - Nukes, and for a VI, a wooden stake in the most tender bits underneath.

I'm actually using a variant on this idea in a game I'm running now in a modified version of FAE.

Never ran a game with a crazy . . .I have to be honest, I am concerned at how well a crazy could work with the rest of the group. They tend to not be team players.

Having completed the character creation process with DF and had my character introduced to the other characters, I can attest that DF is a helpful and responsive GM.

Having started to read the logs of this game, I can tell you that it's going to be a lot of fun!

Gotta say, I'm having a ton of fun in this game. Playing a Crazy who really is crazy is crazy fun.
