National Left-hander's Day

Here is Jimi Hendrix performing Sergeant Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in 1967. He first performed this three days after the Beatle's album release with McCartney and Harrison in the audience. Still mostly unknown, he was being managed by Chas Chandler, bassist of the Animals.

Jimi just flipped Fender Stratocasters upside down and restrung them. My first lefty guitar in 1965 was an $18 nylon-strung guitar from Woolworths that did this to. I did that to several other guitars until my wife gave me a lefty Martin D-35 in the late 1980s, which I still have.
