"A Skeptic's Guide To The Universe" Book (Not SGU)

Just what in the hell is this?

"In A Skeptic's Guide to the Universe, the first audiobook in the Skeptic's Guide series, Bill and Gayle Gladstone are introduced to Marisa Moris for the first time and are amazed by the lessons learned. Although some of Marisa's channeling is directed specifically to Bill and Gayle, the lessons are universal. The depth and breadth of universal laws and truths are clearly outlined in easy-to-follow examples on subjects from the soul plane to the Mayan calendar to the Darwinian perspective and even the civilization of Tiahuanaco. Guides such as Peter, St. Germain, Archangel Michael, and Jesus are introduced, as well as individuals like Einstein and Steve Jobs. This is a must-listen!"

With only 3 reviews so far, at least one calls it out as woo, and as such I'll be referring to this ripoff title as SGWoo. Is there anyone among us who's brave enough to listen?

This looks less legal than Bindows 2000 but more legal than Window 2000.

Dubious legality aside, looks like the confusion is working:

Well hopefully some will buy the real SGU book and learn a thing or three. I haven't been able to finish the 5-min preview yet, but judging by the first minute I may not want to...

Apparently this Gladstone feller has quite the "Skeptic's Guide" series going-

Normally this would be an open and shut case of trademark infringement, but there may be a twist. The phrase “The skeptics guide to the universe“ is in and of itself is a reference to “the hitchhikers guide to the galaxy.“

The plagiarizers may be able to claim they are not copying the skeptics guide but are copying the hitchhikers guide.

Dale Hanson Bourke probably has a claim here, that's the big twist.
