This is a really interesting story of how Tricare was scammed out of $65 million dollars for a scar removal cream that doesnt even work.
Some marines were actually in on it it seems.

Slightly off topic, but just as sickening, Frontline a couple years back did a sad story about how congress lowered the bar for what kind of schools could belly up for GI Bill educational funds. Lots of Trump University type scams rooked veterans.
