For me, I think of the country first and foremost.

Other: America's urban-rural divide.

In Georgia, you've got everything from Atlanta to US Army Cyber Command to hook-worm infested hinterlands.

edit: I feel like Georgia's probably top 10 for exemplifying the extreme lows and extreme highs present in the US.
If global warming is real then how come I just felt this chill down my spine?

Unfortunately, I don't know anybody from the Eurasian country of Georgia. Fortunately, I have personal connections to the US state of Georgia, in the form of several friends and family members.

So when I hear "Georgia" I usually think of a place with gracious, good humored people, comfort food, and unusually charming music.

Calinthalus beat me to it. I'm not a fan of Willie Nelson and I'd have picked any other performer, but when I hear the word Georgia I think, Just an old sweet song keeps Georgia on my mind.
