Journey to the Microcosmos
« on: August 26, 2019, 11:49:40 PM »
Hank Green (of SciShow, Crash Course, Eons, etc.) has yet another channel now: Journey to the Microcosmos  Some pretty wonderful microscope videos of itsy-bitsy critters flagelling or scylliating [sic] around and interacting... by which I mostly mean eating one another. Light discussion and some awe-inspiring video will likely have you and your kids running to Wikipedia (etc.) to learn more.

I've seen a few. Very different from Green's usual enthusiastic presentation. Soothing.

That's very cool. I've subscribed.

Sounds like they're trying to move into the ASMR/Stoner market. I like the images, but the tone of voice is vaguely uncomfortable to me (like all ASMR stuff). Maybe if it was someone other than Hank? I'm way too used to his normal speech.
