Is sleep.org a reliable, science-based source?
« on: August 16, 2019, 03:19:55 PM »
The website of the National Sleep Foundation: https://www.sleep.org

Is this a reliable, science-based source for reading up on good sleep habits, and other facts about sleep?

If it is not good, then what other sources do you recommend?
