From about 9:50 to 12:30 is real interesting.  Uses some tools I've never seen before to show atmospheric currents and storm structure to explain a couple different model's differing tracks.

Fascinating!

So if the Navy were able to cool the ocean, apparently it would drive the hurricane ashore, causing more damage even though the winds would be weaker. Not only is the icy guy suggesting the impossible, but if his suggestion were possible, it would be worse than doing nothing.
