Vitamins 'may shorten your life'?

As always thanks for the fascinating, illuminating and something-else-ing show.

Incidentally don't you find it curious that the name of The Beast (Lucifer) as used by so many Christians means "Bringer of Light" or "Illuminator"?

So taking vitamin pills ISN'T the secret to long life and health?

From the BBC web site, a report that suggests that taking vitamin supplements might actually do more harm than good?

I particularly liked the following for it's simplicity of message:
